a new shader which adds ground fog along the AI splinethe shader only works on tracks with AI splines!

added a probability multiplier slider- Pure Planner

霧を実装。Forzaでも霧があるんだけど、まじ見えなくてつらい。AIは見えてんじゃね？くらいのドライビングをしてくるから質が悪い。Assetto Corsaはゲーム自体が備えている機能ではないので、たぶんAIは見えてるよね...
